Beijing Garden is located on the back side of the Shanghai Office building nearby the old Xin Ba Street and the Flower Market in the Lufthansa area. Located 20 minutes’ drive from Sanlitun and CBD it offers a convenient location for living in Beijing with Chaoyang Park 10 minutes away and a few main shopping streets too.

Indoor and Outdoor:

Beijing Garden is an expat friendly community which offers 125 new apartments in 4 to 6 level buildings. Classic French style gardens are between the compounds offering a calm and nice space without noise and also useful for having a small walk or as playground. The management team is good and security is also available.

Facilities:

Beijing Garden apartments are located 10 minutes by walk from the main streets with restaurants such as Japanese food, Korean and more International restaurants. Cashier, taxis and hotels are also near Beijing Garden. Solana shopping mall is located 5 minutes’ drive and offers popular International brands, cafes and more restaurants with a big outdoor open space and Chaoyang Park nearby.

Advantages:

Beijing Garden flats are a small but calm community in the centre of Beijing which offers two privileges at the same time. Apartments are new with marble floors and not high and full of buildings. You will not need to pay a lot for an exclusive clubhouse or share the private garden with a lot of neighbours. Lufthansa area offers en expat friendly location with thousands of restaurants, the Canadian International School nearby and Chaoyang Park in order to spend the day there and practise some sports.

Disadvantages:

If you want to have a clubhouse with swimming pool, sauna, gym and activities you should look for another type of compound. You will not have a private garden as in the areas outside Beijing which is maybe an advantage for some people, especially having children. You do not have shops in front of Beijing Garden but it takes you only around 5-10 minutes to the main street.
