These 3 apartments are brand new and located in the CBD area on one side of Chaoyang Beilu between the east 3rd and 4th ring road with direct access to Sanlitun and Chaoyang Park in less than 30 minutes. Tuanjiehu Subway with line 5 is 20 minutes away so as Hujialou Station; Jintailu station (line 6) is at 2 minutes walk from the residence. Public transport by bus is very convenient and 3 minutes away and having for next year line 6 of the Subway basically in front.

Indoor and Outdoor:

Park No5 are plenty new apartments with a modern design linked with some stores, cafes and restaurants. The entire area consists in a total construction of 70,000sqm divided in 3 huge building. It is located in the CBD but 5 minutes away by walk from the neighborhood of Tuanjiehu and only a 10 minutes’ drive to Sanlitun. It will take around 15-20 minutes to Lufthansa area by car but only 5 to Chaoyang Park which is a convenient location for expat people.

Facilities:

Park No5 does not offer any clubhouse but it has a private outdoor garden and some sport clubs very near. The same street has restaurants like Pizza Hut and cafes and there is a small shopping center with restaurants like Mc Donald’s 10 minutes away by walk. Park No5 is also surrounded with Chinese and Korean restaurants 5 minutes away.

Advantages:

Very convenient location for being working in the CBD area. You can easily enjoy Chaoyang Park during the week or Tuanjiehu park 10 minutes away. Rent price is also good offering good apartments near the public transport.

Disadvantages:

The area is not touristic or has International School nearby. It is not as charming as other places around Beijing and does not offer a close community or any sport club as other compounds do. There is no western supermarket near.
